4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship perfumes to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team for clarification.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing items or if your perfume has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
8. Returns & Exchanges
